Consequences

Violations may result in:

  • Warning and requirement for corrective action

  • Termination of enrolment without refund

  • Lecture videos, presentations, and written materials
  • Code examples, projects, and solution sets

Are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property. Students may use these materials solely for educational purposes during their enrolment.

Student Work

You retain ownership of original work you create during courses, including:

  • Original code and programming projects
  • Portfolio pieces and personal projects
  • Written assignments and reflections

However, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your work for educational and promotional purposes, including showcasing student achievements.

Third-Party Content

Some course materials may include third-party content used under licence. You must respect the intellectual property rights of all third parties and use such content only as permitted.

Privacy and Data Protection
